Marquette Career

- He was one of five recruits signed during the 2000-01 season. The others were Travis Diener, Kevin Menard, Todd Townsend, and transfer Robert Jackson.
- Along with sophomore Odartey Blankson and fellow freshman Kevin Menard, Howard transferred out of Marquette. He eventually signed with Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana.
