Was a Michigan High School All-State selection his senior year and a Detroit Free Press “Dream Team” pick leading his Port Huron team to the state quarter-finals…Averaged 24 points, 12 rebounds, and 4 assists per game his senior year…Port Huron finished 25-2 and won conference, district and regional championships during Zulauf's senior season…He was selected team and conference MVP earning AP and UPI All-State honors…Scored a career high 36 points for Port Huron and scored 33 points for the West squad in the Michigan Coaches Association All-Star game.
