Lack of newsdream tonight was a major loss
Kam and the Warriors blowing it just like at Dayton. Bet your heads out of your asses.

Feel better seeing potentially 3 other top 5 teams lose yesterday and today

Iowa State is very very good.  Fast, big, and moves the ball so well.  We hung in there.  Had we taken the lead things might have been different.  Had the chance.  Guys never quit.  So proud of the fight.  Freshmen were good scoring.    Some freshmen mistakes but they played a lot

I agree with this analysis.

Got it. I'll pay better attention.

Score tied 61-61 Royce has a rare miss on a shot and Stevie gets called for a foul on a clean steal. Would have like to see what would have happened without the foul call.

Actually looked an offensive foul with the hook.

Iowa St.  didn't turn the ball over until late when the game was essentially sealed.  They're really good and we couldn't press them.  Things just didn't go our way after that absurd foul call on Stevie.  In the end they were physically stronger and got easier shots.

Tripling him most of the time, neededto get rid of ball quicker instead of dribbling so much. Doesn't have true PG instincts and ISU took advantage. I guess Shaka wanted him to be aggressive but it hurt offense at the beginning.

True, but he didn't have many turnovers.  I think the key to these future scenarios is what the release guy does in open space once Kam relinquishes the rock.  We need to do a better job of moving the ball once the defense is in scramble mode. We did that a few times but other times overdribbled and didn't reverse the ball.

I'm going to come back this even though I'm sure we'll all regret it.

I went back and watched the decisive minutes of the 2nd half last night from when MU was down 10 and came back to tie to when MU fell behind by 7. In the 10-0 run Kam scored or assisted on all 10 points. In ISU's subsequent 7-0 run, Jop had three wild drives, all with 15+ seconds on the shot clock, Royce had a drive into the lane where he threw up a wild brick, and Owens had a wide open 3. Aside from Jop's first and last drives where Kam passed him the ball, Kam never touched the ball on offense and was never doubled.

Looks like somebody else needs to pay more attention.

And yes, this was petty.

Thank you for this. I definitely did not like the shot selection and possessions after Stevie's foul. Even though Royce and Owens carried us at times offensively, I thought they were a bit quick on the trigger in key moments. I guess I would rather see that than them being timid, but not every available shot is a good shot. Jop might be better served by driving with more control and balance. He seems to go so hard to the bucket, but then when he is cut off he seems surprised and he often gets stuck with his feet in awkward positions and everything comes to a halt. Work in progress, though he has come a long way.

Nope. You were wrong from the beginning. You're either lying now to save face or you don't understand basketball.

Either way pretty pathetic on your part.
