Great interview. I wonder which NBA team has guys play cornhole during the interview. That's actually a brilliant idea for a lot of reasons. Also, I wonder which of the MU guys won...I'm guessing TK.

When talking about MU players Thenasis has played with/against in his career, notice pretty much everyone was included up to and including Vander Blue, except one guy.  Hmm...

Also, sounds like Marquette made the decision to no longer pursue Max.

I noticed then same thing...but Thanasis did mention JFB just a minute later in the context of how tough Marquette players are.

He clearly meant "fake tough."

Thank you for posting. That was a great discussion and Shaka went into some very insightful stuff that I haven't heard him talk about in detail before.

Shaka for MU President.  The guy is simply brilliant and a next level leader.  His vision would serve MU very well.  Yet a pipe dream as a guy can only have so much bandwidth.  Thanasis seemed genuinely blown away with the perspective and content Shaka delivered.  And then of course Shaka invites him to come talk to the team, and to get him some Marquette gear to rep MU around town.

Same guessing TK. They had Cornhole we were playing at the Travis Dwyane Golf Gala last year. Some of the players were watching and believe some were playing cornhole. Our youngest Son beat Dwyane’s Dad in Pop a shot both times. Dwyane’s Dad was awesome and super nice. Asked Dwyane not to mention it to his Dad but Dwyane jokingly said he was going to mention it. But Dwyane beat everyone at the Gala in pop a shot.

Finally got around to it.   Well done.  Very informative.  Answers to so many questions in there if you pay attention.

He did a nice job of suppressing it for this episode.
