Fox looks like it is still the primary partner, but NBC and TNT are looking to partner as well. (My guess is that this will be for streaming games more than broadcast.)

TNT would be great if we can keep their current NBA announcers like BA and Spiros, as well as turn the "Inside the NBA" team into "Inside the Big East."

Extremely doubtful.

Extremely doubtful.

Ernie Johnson is staying with TNT (he already said he was). Shaq Kenny and Charles are most likely going to NBC.

More likely that these will be for streaming services.

NBC, which will feature most of its games on Peacock, and TNT Sports, which operates the streaming service Max, are anticipated to add a large number of games.

I know NBC is gonna put games on Peacock. But I really hope WBD didn't buy this package just to stick the games on Max.

I assume Dung is a fan of the 'Cock. Probably watches all the Badger games on the Cock.

they just revised the article to say that any arrangement if "agreed to" would start in the 2025-2026 season......Nothing like putting BS out that simply wasn't true.....Somebody has agenda and is trying to "elbow" their way in......

The only thing that changed from the original report was the year. He admitted the error. Not sure what “agenda” he has.

I think Inside will go to Amazon.  NBC is putting a bunch of games on NBC (Tuesday nights, I believe) and they can’t have Inside on after games bc of local news.  Sure they could put Inside on Peacock but I doubt the audience would hold.  Prime however can go all night with Inside which is what has made it so successful on TNT.

If you have a MAX subscription, why would you need to subscribe to Peacock.

One is for Warner Brothers (TNT), the other is for NBC.

on the subject of "rights," the Big 12 is working with Allstate to see conference naming rights to them (The Allstate 12 Conference) and CUSA is also seeking a sponsor (probably some local gas station in Alabama is the best they could get). I guess that's the next frontier for the commercializing of college sports. What would be a good naming rights partner for the Big East? It's only a matter of time.  :'(
