They call him Charcuterie on Buckyville as well.

Really? That's funny. There are few guarantees in the world, but I am 100% certain that my wife has never, ever, ever, ever, ever seen a single post on Buckyville. In fact, I can say with certainty that she's never even heard of it.

But maybe if I tell her this, she'll stop calling him that.

The answer is: "Yes."

My wife hates when the camera pans to the crowd or the coaches, even if the only "action" she's missing is the PG dribbling near midcourt. So she was really pi$$ed when the camera missed JCS shooting that 3.

Here is our actual conversation in the seconds after the shot ...

Mrs. 82: "$hit! What the hell just happened? Charcuterie just shot, right?"

Me: "Yes he did. It went in."

Mrs. 82: "How do you know?"

Me: "I heard the net snap. It was a swish."

BTW, as you can see, Mrs. 82 has a different nickname for JCS than I do.

I'm in 100% agreement with your wife.  The Fox production, with its odd camera angles and cut aways, drives me nuts.  Just show the game.

I certainly noticed not seeing the hoop on Chartouney's 3, but I don't recall missing much important action on the FS1 broadcasts.  They seem fine to me, no better or worse than anyone else.

I just don't like the corner camera angle that they insist on showing a couple times a game.  Maybe I don't notice it on other broadcasts since I'm zeroed in more on Marquette games.

Question:

If a three falls in a fieldhouse, but no one sees it, does it make a sound?

I was saying to myself to keep that camera shot, as he would have bricked the shot if it was a the correct camera angle.  ;D

I think TV producers/directors get bored with using the same shot for every play -- even though it's the best camera angle for viewers to see the action on the court. The second and third cameras should be reserved for capturing what's of secondary importance: huddles, substitutions, replays, reaction shots, inbounds, et cetera.

Bet Sacar hitting 2-3 from deep wan't there either.  If both of them are on, it just makes things easier for HHH, and makes us that much better.

I'll stick with my opinion on Gold.  He'll be in foul trouble within the first eight minutes.

Check out Wojo's body language.  He almost looks a little pissed.
Have some patience, FFS.
