Man, I forgot boot camp would be going on right about now with all the talk of conference realignment. It's a breath of fresh air. Wish we could get more info on what's going on with the team and less about the money-grubbing f*ckers who are ruining college sports.

Just a note - fixed the good Dr.'s link - since this has been happening a lot - for anyone posting twitter links you need to wrap them with the url tag like so...

Code: [Select]
[url]http://twitter.com/#!/search/%23mubblife%20[/url]
Otherwise all those crazy #!&^%&! characters mess up the decoding an the link doesn't go anywhere (or at least, not the correct place)

Good to hear boot camp is underway.  I too wish we could read weekly updates or any type of news.  Go Marquette!

I wish we had Marquette Revealed again.  That was amazing last year.

Those were incredible.  Because this board is like an AA support group for MU junkies, I feel comfortable to admit that I've been re-watching every episode from last year's Revealed series.

"Hi, my name is Wade for President, and I've seen Marquette Basketball Revealed: Episode 9, nearly a dozen times."

Jimmy and Lazar are also in town. I wonder if they are doing bootcamp with the guys or just doing normal workouts? Either way it is good to have them there for motivation and support.

I guessing they are sitting on the side lines razzing and laughing at the players.

From what they showed in the Revealed series last year, it seems like Buzz uses boot camp more as a tool to force the team to work through adversity together and force leadership to emerge than conditioning.  Having JFB and especially Lazar there might cause the team to defer leadership to them.  That would seem to hinder rather than help the current team grow.  I suppose if they were just there to do the running, but didn't act as vocal leaders, they would serve as examples of what a player can accomplish if they buy into the hard work and Buzz's system - which would be valuable.
