My wife gave birth to our second child this morning.  11 3/4 gap between kids.   Joshua Robert is 5 weeks early, 20 1/4 inches long, 5lbs 11 oz.   A little fluid in his lungs so he is in a tent right now.   Long term prognosis for mother and child is good.   I got zero sleep last night, so remember us in your thoughts and good night.

It is better to be fearless and cheerful than cheerless and fearful.

Congrats!

Remember that as an alumn, Josh's Marquette admission processing fee will be waived.  In 18 years, that could be some serious coinage.

Congratulations!  Count on good thoughts for the tower912 family.

Dude .. Joshua?  Had you named him Thomas, Dominic, or Ousamane, they would have given you some extra blue & gold points.

Congrats!

Right now, he is proportioned like Trend Blackledge.   That happens when they arrive 5 weeks early.   20 1/4 inches and 5 lbs 11 oz.   Momma comes home tomorrow, baby probably on Monday.   I tried all of the Marquette names.   I also tried most of the Detroit Tiger cool names.   In typical wifely fashion she said no to all of them.  We do have some MU overalls and I am sure that he will get more.   So, if you see a post from me at 3 am, I either just came back from an alarm at the station, or I have just finished changing/feeding the wee lad.

Keep trying on the names.  Mine is 5 months old, and I still tell my wife the window is still open to find a better name.  He'd never know the difference.

You heard it here first. Davante Gardner will be a Beast this year.
