Love this show for what it is.

Seen the first 2 eps of s2.

Already pretty sure like s1 I have the mole pegged. But it's fun none the less

It's a fantastic show that can 100% get away with the campiness. Alan Cummings owns it.

I like the UK version where the money actually means something to the contestants.

The wife and I have been waiting for S2 of The Night Agent.  Glad to hear the mindless fun continues.

I think S2 of The Recruit is coming to Netflix this month.  More humor than Night Agent but similar vibes.  With Vondy Curtis Hall.

I made the mistake of starting Night Agent right after watching The Agency.

It was like watching The Flinstones after watching The Godfather.

Cartoonish. Bad writing, mediocre acting, and silly unbelievable characters.

Yea, I only got a couple episodes into Night Agent Season 1 before moving to other stuff I had my eye on.  Its fine, but its not even a comp to The Agency.  The Agency is classic high budget aspirational pay cable stuff like any of the HBO/Showtime properties that pulled elite actors even before streaming became huge.  Night Agent is more like something you'd see on network TV.  Fine for what it is, but if you're expecting it to match up, no chance.

Traitors is still fun as hell, but my god this is a PAINFULLY dumb cast, even by reality TV standards.  Even moreso than the last 2 seasons, there are a bunch of people that are just absolutely brain dead.  They are like cats chasing a laser pointer

Rule of thumb that would generally serve people pretty well: if you're on a competitive reality show with Boston Rob, get him the hell off the show at the first opportunity. Even if he appears to be "working with you." Hint: he's not (unless your name is Amber, in which case he'll fall in love with you and hand you the game on a silver platter).

I think there's some gameplay they're not showing because it goes against the spirit of the game but Sandra, a Survivor legend who was on the last season of Traitors, basically said she knew who that traitors were pretty early on and it was better to go with them vs against them to not get murdered.

I finished Night Agent S01 and got two episodes into S02.

There were just too many moments where by eyes rolled back into my skull as it was just so preposterous and stupid.  Quit.

Season 1 was OK as mindless fun. But I got 10 minutes into S2 E2 and couldn't do any more. The acting was so bad as to negate any mindless fun.

CreightonWarrior

This is good to know. I didn't mind the first season as a show I didn't need to fully invest my attention. Will skip season 2.

Just watched the OJ documentary on Netflix.

Did we already know he essentially admitted to his agent he did it or is that new information?

StillAWarrior

Severance is finding new ways to be weird, and it's still outstanding.

Bring them down was a small scale tense film with elite actors.

tough watch for @MuggsyB

But a great watch for everyone else if you imagine Mugs in the lead role.

We knew that from the ESPN doc. However, we didn't know about the guy at the airport who say OJ dispose of what was likely the murder weapon.

My wife and I finished "Apple Cider Vinegar" last night. It was very well done. That so many people follow these "wellness influencers" and put their lives in danger (and there's no recourse for them) is scary, and this was before "Instagram Influencers" was a life goal for these people.

Apparently not the NCAA tournament on YTTV unless cooler heads prevail.

Longtime YTTVer here.

Just quickly looking at Hulu Live, it appears I can get that bundled with Disney+ and ESPN+ for the same amount as YTTV.

Anyone here have experience with Hulu Live?

I didn't watch the show, but I wholeheartedly agree with you.  You'd think all of the new age non sense would have fallen out of style, but social media seems to only push these things into being more popular.

I think what used to just be new age hippie nonsense has now gotten swept up into path of least resistance, quick fulfillment thinking.  In a weird way, its not that materially different than the "dropshipping from home will get you rich in 3 months" or "just 5 minutes a day plus this juice will get you ripped".  Its a quick fix to avoid longer timeline unpleasantness, in this case traditional medical treatments and the stress/uncertainty that goes with them.

Yep absolutely.  But also people have trusted 'home-remedies' for a very long time.  Now the ability to share dubious claims about effective treatments has lead to a new wave of snake oil salesmen online.

I have Hulu live and have been generally pleased with it.  Sometimes at tourney time the feed can become suspect, but you can sign in to the March Madness app with your Hulu Live account and I've never had issue with that.
