It's not like Jop's contributions go unnoticed, but, personally, I felt like I hadn't give his career growth enough love, so am taking this high mark as an opportunity to do so.

This is the chart I will keep handy for any underclassmen struggling to defend. If Jop can do this, so can you.

Thank you for that.
Outstanding article that uses stats to help confirm the eye test.
Joplin's shooting has come and gone and come back again and gone away again (etc), but he's having a real good all-around season and has been an important reason we are 15-2.
I'm proud of how hard he has worked to become a fine college basketball player. MU fans who don't appreciate him seriously aren't very knowledgeable about the sport.
As always, thanks. So interesting and well done. Not sure a guy has worked harder in the Shaka era than Jop. Love what he is doing this year and appreciate both his commitment and Shaka's.
As I said in another thread, I'll go to war with Jop anytime.
looks like Jolp hit the transfer portal
Always in the Jolp wagon
So nice you quoted it twice 💨
Can't stop Jop! Impressed with his play this year.
1. Looks to be in better shape, helping his lateral movement on D
2. Taking higher quality shots in the confines of the offensive
3. I believe fewer turnovers and drives to the basket where he gets stuck
4. Has had some memorable help side D stops and blocks
Way to ball David!
